Leadership Philosophy

Theory

I believe in being a problem-solver and addressing any problem with clear communication. Demonstrating competency, maintaining knowledge, and being willing to learn are important components of leadership.

Attitude

I demonstrate emotional intelligence and use logic to make sound decisions.  I demonstrate empathy in appropriate moments and show compassion when others are facing challenging situations.

Principles

I lead with integrity. I embrace change and understand growth cannot happen without diversification. I lead by being organized in thought processes and communicating ideas with stakeholders.

Behavior

I expect to collaborate and understand there will be differing opinions.  A leader is able to accept feedback and know when to delegate tasks. Teamwork will promote a better working environment.
